Cleaner account administration
Create a more consistent process for users, aliases, groups, and offboarding.
Business email administration
Google Workspace gives you the familiar Gmail inbox with a professional address on your own domain. We help set up and manage users, aliases, forwarding, groups, domain records, access, and common delivery issues.
Personal Gmail
name@gmail.com
Google Workspace
name@yourcompany.com
You still use Gmail. The difference is that customers see your business domain instead of a free @gmail.com address.

Overview
A Google Workspace user is one separately signed-in account with its own inbox, password, Drive, Calendar, and other Google services. For example, alex@yourcompany.com is one user when Alex signs in directly to that account.
An alias is an extra email address attached to that user—not another login. Alex can receive messages sent to sales@yourcompany.com and billing@yourcompany.com in the same alex@yourcompany.com inbox, so those three addresses can still be one paid user.
We can also configure account forwarding and administrative routing when messages need to reach another inbox or another person. App Wizard helps choose the right setup, manages common Workspace changes, and explains which requests require another paid user.
Pricing
Paid directly to Google
Starting from $7 per user per month for Google Workspace Starter with an annual commitment. This is Google’s subscription fee, paid to Google—not App Wizard.
What “user” means: One user means one separate login with its own inbox, password, Drive, Calendar, and storage—not every email address that reaches that inbox.
Included with App Wizard
App Wizard’s Google Workspace email setup and ongoing administrative support are included in our $199/month Basic Website Management plan.

What we handle
Support focuses on Google Workspace email and related domain configuration. We keep users, aliases, forwarding, and shared-address options distinct so you only add separate logins when the business actually needs them.
Support account creation, suspension, recovery details, data handoff planning, and license-aware offboarding.
Create aliases that deliver to a primary inbox, configure account forwarding or mail routing, and set up group addresses when multiple people need access.
Help verify your domain, route mail to Google Workspace with MX records, and configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so receiving systems can verify messages from your domain.
Explore domain & DNS managementInvestigate common sending, receiving, routing, spam, and authentication symptoms using available diagnostics.
How we work
We first understand your domain, Workspace account, administrator access, and desired outcome before making email changes.
Confirm the domain, subscription, administrator roles, users, groups, aliases, and current mail flow.
Clarify the business need, affected people, access requirements, license impact, and timing.
Apply the agreed administrative or domain changes and test the expected behavior.
Record material settings and give your team clear instructions for any follow-up action.
Common questions
Practical answers about scope, process, and expectations.
A user is one separate Google account and login with its own inbox, password, Drive, Calendar, and storage. If two people each need private logins and inboxes, that is usually two paid users.
Yes, with appropriate administrator access and authorization. Offboarding should consider account suspension, data ownership, forwarding, recovery, retention needs, and license changes before deletion.
Yes, often. If one person handles those addresses, info@ and support@ can be aliases that deliver to that person’s main inbox without creating separate logins. If several people need independent or shared access, a Google Group, delegation, routing rule, or separate user may be more appropriate.
We can review common technical causes such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending practices, routing, and available Google diagnostics. No provider can guarantee inbox placement because recipient systems make their own filtering decisions.
No. Google Workspace license fees are paid separately to Google or your provider. Starter pricing begins at $7 USD per user per month with an annual commitment, and pricing can change by plan, billing option, region, taxes, or promotion. App Wizard’s Workspace setup and administrative support are included in our Basic Website Management plan.
